How vehicle safety auditing works in ATP
A simplified example of inspecting vehicles in your depot — your actual workflow can be customised to your exact process.
User signs into the ATP app
All user access is controlled via your private administration dashboard. Assign users individually or as groups. For shared devices, individual user IDs can be scanned from a barcode or RFID badge.
Select required workflow
Once logged in, users see only the workflows assigned to them. Each workflow represents a different task or process, created by our Workflow Builder and customised to your requirements.
Beginning the audit process
Each vehicle must be checked before leaving the yard. A vehicle is logged by its licence plate and all checks are carried out by the operator — tyres, wipers, lights, bodywork, sanitisation, and more.
Choosing an action for each inspection step
The operator chooses from "Passed", "Advisory", or "Failed" for each inspection step. More options can be added via the Workflow Builder at any time.
Advisory and failed messages
Operators can leave notes for the maintenance team. ATP automatically sends notifications and reports for any Advisory or Failed inspections.
Pages and sections help readability
Complex audits are split into Pages and Sections for clarity. Users can stop mid-audit and resume later — ATP automatically saves their position and data.
Quickly access dashboard data
Reports, statistics, KPIs, and analysis tools are available via the web dashboard. Access can be granted to different user levels.
Standard reporting out of the box
Every ATP Workflow includes drill-down charts, pie charts, comparison charts, and data grids.
Custom report controls and more
Because we own the entire ATP process, we can customise any part of it. Traffic light alerts and RAG status controls can be applied to any Workflow.
It's your data — you own it
All data captured with ATP belongs to you. Export it to Excel, Power BI, or other tools.
