Paul Smith's team was running carbon reduction reporting across multiple spreadsheets: hard to track changes, hard to guarantee accuracy, and nearly impossible to generate consistent, buyer-ready reports.
The bigger ask was the data collection itself. Clients bidding for public sector work need to submit carbon data - and that data had to flow straight into the system, validated and stored securely, with zero manual handling.
Our partner Mohunky managed the client relationship and design. We engineered everything that makes it work - the CRM, the portals, the campaign engine and the compliance calculations.
