Fire exit inspection - simplified
Inspect fire exits across buildings and floors, record pass/fail results, and generate automated PDF audit reports - all from a mobile device.
How fire exit inspection works in ATP
A simplified example of auditing fire exits across buildings and floors — your actual workflow can be customised to your exact process.
User signs into the ATP app
All user access is controlled via your private administration dashboard. Assign users individually or as groups. For shared devices, individual user IDs can be scanned from a barcode or RFID badge.
Select required workflow
Once logged in, users see only the workflows assigned to them. Each workflow represents a different task or process, created by our Workflow Builder and customised to your requirements.
Fire exit inspection overview
Once a week, a visual inspection of all fire exits is performed across all campus buildings. ATP replaces the old paper-based process. PDF audits are created automatically.
Simple pass or fail action list
Two auditable actions - Pass or Fail - are applied to multiple checkpoints. Any failure creates an actionable notification.
ATP pages as individual buildings
Each inspection is split into buildings, with each page representing a building.
ATP sections as building floors
Buildings are further divided into floors using sections. ATP saves progress automatically.
Noting unexpected incidents
An unexpected incident step captures any unanticipated actions. Additional Observations field is mandatory.
Completing the audit workflow
Tapping "Complete" verifies and syncs the data. A PDF audit file is generated automatically.
