Common questions
What does it cost?
Standard is £3,000 per event. UBE Partner starts from £12,000 a year for 5 events, and UBE Partner+ from £25,000 a year for 20 events. All prices exclude VAT and local taxes.
How is this different from off-the-shelf ticketing tools?
You get a team, not just software. Every customer works one-to-one with us, with a dedicated account manager, help setting up each event, and technical support for your delegates and exhibitors.
Can I see it before we talk?
Yes. Fox Acme Events is our live demonstration site, built entirely on Unity Bookings & Events. You can browse the events and register through the real portal.
Who owns our delegate data?
You do. You are the data controller, and we process the data for you under a data processing agreement.
When is support available?
Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time, excluding UK bank holidays. Paid out-of-hours and weekend support is available.
Do you offer charity pricing?
Yes. Charities and non-profit organisations can ask about tailored packages and reduced pricing. Official proof of status is required.
