This privacy policy governs your use of the software application "AssetTracker Pro" (later referred as the/this "Application" or "ATP") for Android™ mobile devices that was created by hayman.dev LTD.

This Application is designed to capture and store data relating to the management of assets and equipment for businesses and organisations. Data is captured through a process we call, and is referred to here as, "Workflows", which are step-by-step instructions informing the user of the Application of how to capture data and store the values within the Workflows steps.

It may store data off-line on your device for a period of time before you or the Application synchronises it with a remote server. This data is stored in a secure database and is only accessible by the Application and the user(s) of the Application within your company or organisation.

What Android™ features are enabled in the Application

We use the following Android™ features within the Application:

android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE	To determine the network state of your device. E.g., connected to the Internet via cellular or Wi-Fi network. This help us determine when you can sync data with your companies/organisations (and our own) remote servers.
android.permission.INTERNET	To allow access to the Internet vial cellular or Wi-Fi networks.
android.permission.CAMERA	To allow you to scan barcodes, QR codes, data matrix's and other scanable codes for use within the app. To allow the ability to take photographs of assets for auditing, e.g,. in the case of damaged goods.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information

The Application requires the creation of a user account that stores the following information:

Username	Used to identify the user when logging into the Application
Password	Used to identify the user when logging into the Application
First Name / Forename	Used to identify the user and show other users who has added data. This maybe an individual or "team" account where the ATP device is shared in kiosk or similar mode.
Last Name / Surname	Used to identify the user and show other users who has added data. This maybe an individual or "team" account where the ATP device is shared in kiosk or similar mode.
Invite / Sign Up Code	An optional unique code created by hayman.dev LTD or you, the customer, to allow new users to quickly and easily sign up to the Application and have company/organisation settings delivered to the mobile application.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application automatically captures the following information:

• The Application will collect a session token of each workflow/process you are asked to undertake by your company/organisation. This is used to show other users where the data was added or updated. This is a required feature of the Application and cannot be disabled to allow the company/organisations the ability to audit the data you capture via the Application and improve the security of the data captured.
• Automatic date and times are collected for every synchronisation between your device and your companies/organisations remote server. This is used to show other users where the data was added or updated. This is a required feature of the Application and cannot be disabled to allow the company/organisations the ability to audit the data you capture via the Application and improve the security of the data captured.

The automatic collection of usage stats for system stability:

• The Application may collect anonymous usage statistics to help us improve stability and performance of the Application.
• Crash logs and other error reporting may be collected to help us improve stability and performance of the Application and submitted to us upon your consent via the Application support page. All data collected is anonymous and does not include any personal information unless you choose to submit it to us.

Sharing of your data:

• The Application does not collect any personal information outside what is required and outlined above, nor does the app share this data with any third parties outside of your company/organisation or hayman.dev LTD.
• No adverts or other third party services are used within the Application which capture or share your data with external advertisers or other third parties.
• All data captured via the Application is stored in your companies/organisations remote server and will adhere to your companies/organisations GDPR (or similar) polices.
• All data relating your businesses or organisations licences and subscriptions are stored in our own secured servers and is not shared with any third parties.

Deletion of data

• When the Application is uninstalled, all data stored via the Application on your device is removed, including any cached data. This data is not recoverable.
• When your company/organisation deletes your account remotely, your personal information is deleted and anonymised preventing the Application and associated remote services from identifying you by name, token, or e-mail address.

You can easily delete all User Provided Data by uninstalling the Application from your mobile device. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

If you would like to delete User Provided Data, you may do it by clearing the application's data or by uninstalling the Application from your mobile device. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

If you would like access to your information, your company/organisation can supply you with a copy of your data stored on their remote server. Please contact your company/organisation for more information.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at appsupport [at] hayman [dot] dev.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorised employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

In order to ensure an optimal security, you shall regularly install any Application’s update available from the mobile application marketplace.

We also advise you to regularly check for any Android OS update(s) that could be available and to enable automatic updates.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy at https://hayman.dev/policies/app/atp-privacy-policy and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Please be aware that, although we endeavour provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches (e.g., a zero-day attack targeting mobile Operating System – OS).

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the local processing of your information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

At any time, no User Provided Data (such as account details and Workflows/processes) will be shared, processed and/or stored by third parties other than the company/organisation you represent or an employee of. User Provided Data cannot and will never be sold to any other third parties.
