This privacy policy governs your use of the software application "AssetTracker Pro" (later referred as the/this "Application" or "ATP") for Android™ mobile devices that was created by hayman.dev LTD.
This Application is designed to capture and store data relating to the management of assets and equipment for businesses and organisations. Data is captured through a process we call, and is referred to here as, "Workflows", which are step-by-step instructions informing the user of the Application of how to capture data and store the values within the Workflows steps.
It may store data off-line on your device for a period of time before you or the Application synchronises it with a remote server. This data is stored in a secure database and is only accessible by the Application and the user(s) of the Application within your company or organisation.
We use the following Android™ features within the Application:
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE | To determine the network state of your device. E.g., connected to the Internet via cellular or Wi-Fi network. This help us determine when you can sync data with your companies/organisations (and our own) remote servers. |
android.permission.INTERNET | To allow access to the Internet vial cellular or Wi-Fi networks. |
android.permission.CAMERA | To allow you to scan barcodes, QR codes, data matrix's and other scanable codes for use within the app. To allow the ability to take photographs of assets for auditing, e.g,. in the case of damaged goods. |
The Application requires the creation of a user account that stores the following information:
Username | Used to identify the user when logging into the Application |
Password | Used to identify the user when logging into the Application |
First Name / Forename | Used to identify the user and show other users who has added data. This maybe an individual or "team" account where the ATP device is shared in kiosk or similar mode. |
Last Name / Surname | Used to identify the user and show other users who has added data. This maybe an individual or "team" account where the ATP device is shared in kiosk or similar mode. |
Invite / Sign Up Code | An optional unique code created by hayman.dev LTD or you, the customer, to allow new users to quickly and easily sign up to the Application and have company/organisation settings delivered to the mobile application. |

You can easily delete all User Provided Data by uninstalling the Application from your mobile device. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
If you would like to delete User Provided Data, you may do it by clearing the application's data or by uninstalling the Application from your mobile device. If you would like access to your information, your company/organisation can supply you with a copy of your data stored on their remote server. Please contact your company/organisation for more information.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorised employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
In order to ensure an optimal security, you shall regularly install any Application’s update available from the mobile application marketplace.
We also advise you to regularly check for any Android OS update(s) that could be available and to enable automatic updates.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy at https://hayman.dev/policies/app/atp-privacy-policy and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
Please be aware that, although we endeavour provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches (e.g., a zero-day attack targeting mobile Operating System – OS).
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
By using the Application, you consent to the local processing of your information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
At any time, no User Provided Data (such as account details and Workflows/processes) will be shared, processed and/or stored by third parties other than the company/organisation you represent or an employee of. User Provided Data cannot and will never be sold to any other third parties.
